Our flexible programmeWe come to you ... working with up to 20 people in any one day Initially, there are two individual 15 minute assessments - Bio-metric testing and your body composition - Stress factors in your Lifestyle Around a week later, two group workshops (each 2 hours) - Nutrition and physical resilience - Stress First Aid (TM), building lifestyle resilience and the gentle art of relaxation You can then book up for your one to one coaching to support you as the change becomes sustainable and habitual. |

- You will have a personal assessment giving you facts on which to make informed decisions. Our group workshops provide the deeper level of knowledge and understanding - to inform your nutrition choices - teach you Stress First Aid (TM) to handle acute stress, in the moment and - techniques for building resilience - whilst learning the gentle art of relaxation which refreshes, restores and feeds the mind. It is said that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to change a habit - our personal coaching provides with on going support as you adjust your life choices and gain the skills to sustain the change. |
